Welcome back, 90s-raised Millennials. You were the generation raised on Saturday morning cartoons, dial-up internet, and the neon-colored snacks with questionable ingredients. You came home from school, popped some of your mom's Lean Cuisine in the microwave, and logged onto AIM to chat with your crush, praying that no one picked up the phone and disconnected you from the internet. Your afternoons were filled with Tamagotchis, TRL, and trying to tape your favorite song off the radio without the DJ's intro.

You grew up in a really weird in-between era. It wasn't quite analog but also not yet fully digital. Somehow, you survived without smartphones, social media, and GPS. Maybe that's why you now obsessively share your location with family and can't relax until you get a "got home safe" text from your friends after an outing. Still, there is a part of you that can't help but miss the days of Blockbuster runs, glitter gel pens, and MSN messenger drama.
